22-year-old Krystal Lake, a Home Depot staffer and Bernie Sanders supporter, wore a custom-made “America Was Never Great” hat to work. She says the hat was meant to make a purposeful statement about the way she felt about Donald Trump’s iconic slogan and his beliefs. A photo of Lake wearing the hat appeared online without her knowledge and what happened next might surprise you.
