Bernie Sanders is raising cash to help defeat Wasserman Shultz in Florida

 
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) emailed his supporters on Tuesday asking them to donate money to the campaign of Tim Canova, who is challenging the former head of the Democratic Party, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, in Florida.
 
Sanders, a former presidential contender, reminded his supporters that he already has endorsed Canova, a law professor seeking to win the August 30th primary for Wasserman Schultz’s seat as a US Representative.
 
The email from Sanders blasted Wasserman Schultz over recent revelations from leaked emails from the Democratic National Committee (DNC)  suggesting that Wasserman Schultz and other officials favored Hillary Clinton over Mr. Sanders.
